Aps Nicolette Brown

A Voice of Resilience, Redemption, and Radiant Faith

A Childhood Marked by Pain, Yet Kept by Purpose

From an early age, Nicolette Brown’s life was marked by trials that would have crushed many. “There was a time as a teenager that I was very suicidal,” she shared, recalling a dark season when pain and rejection clouded her view of the future. Even in her youth, she carried heavy burdens—from molestation to being ostracized in school by someone determined to see her fail. Yet, in the middle of those hardships, something extraordinary began to unfold.

“When they pulled me out of class and put me in what looked like detention, God started teaching me things in the spirit,” Nicolette revealed. What others meant for harm became a supernatural classroom where she encountered lessons no textbook could hold. Her story is filled with such moments—divine interventions that turned pain into purpose.
Supernatural Encounters and Divine Healing

One of the most profound turning points in her journey came through a health crisis. “I did not know my doctor was a born again Christian,” she explained. After alarming tests, her physician told her something astonishing: “I hear God say it’s gone.” What followed was confirmed by medical charts—there was no trace of the illness.

“God healed me,” Nicolette said with quiet certainty. “Has never come back and never will. Because whenever God does something, it’s complete.”

Even her battles with bitterness and anger became revelations. “My bitterness was an idol. My anger was an idol. There were idols before God. So I gave my life back to the Lord.” What seemed like breaking points became breakthrough moments, each drawing her deeper into a faith rooted not in ritual but in relationship.

A Shepherd’s Voice in the Valleys

Her anchor has always been Scripture, especially the words of Psalm 23. “The Lord is my shepherd” she recited with conviction. For Nicolette, this passage isn’t poetry—it’s eternal truth.

In her darkest valleys—including multiple suicide attempts—she remembers hearing that voice. “I heard the voice of the Lord very angrily said, you shall live and not die to declare my glory. And the hanger broke in the back.” For Nicolette, that moment was more than survival—it was her destiny being resuscitated by God.

From Pain to Purpose on the Airwaves

Her story, raw and miraculous, is now the foundation of her newest calling as host of You Are the Apple of God’s Eye on SOS Radio Live. Every Sunday at 9:30 AM EST, Nicolette begins the day with prayer, worship, and words that carry both healing and fire.

“Sometimes we do bad things. We make bad decisions. God doesn’t look at the decision. He looks at what was going on in your heart at the time, and he doesn’t judge you. He loves you,” she said. It’s this message of grace and unconditional love that pulses through every broadcast.

SOS offers her a platform not just for her voice, but for the Spirit she carries. What began as a divine rescue in her youth has blossomed into a ministry through the airwaves—one that reaches hearts in living rooms, cars, and workplaces across the globe.

A Legacy of Love and Resilience

When asked how she would like to be remembered, Nicolette’s response was simple and profound: “Resilience.” She added, “Every time you think that you’re alone, the Bible says, Jesus said he will never leave us nor forsake us. And no matter where you are in life, he’s still faithful that his breath is in your lungs. That’s his way of letting you know that he’s not going anywhere.”

Through her voice—whether singing, preaching, or sharing her story—Nicolette desires to leave medicine in the soul of every listener. “Anoint my voice that every time I open my mouth and sing, it becomes medicine in the ear, the soul, and the spirit of those that hear it,” she prayed. Today, that prayer echoes in every word she speaks on SOS Radio Live.

In Nicolette’s journey, the impossible has been overturned, the broken has been healed, and what seemed like endings have become new beginnings. For all who listen, whether deeply rooted in faith or simply searching for light, her life is a reminder that God’s love and divine purpose can transform even the deepest wounds into radiant testimony.
